1. Returns

- To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Returned with original packaging and tags intact

- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size issues or defective products, subject to product availability.
- Exchange requests may involve additional shipping charges depending on location and logistics.
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be offered as per policy.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Shipping & Handling Charges
- Return shipping and handling charges may be deducted, where applicable.
- The final refund amount will be communicated to the customer before confirming the return pickup.

- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
